CGRN, the Community Greening Resource Network at the Parks and People Foundation, operates five local garden tool banks. This past Sunday, they held a drive to collect more tools, so they can lend more tools. If you need tools to help you plant or manage your fruit trees or berry bushes in neighborhood lots and green spaces, get in touch with CGRN. If you have tools that you would like to donate, call the folks at the city’s Power in Dirt office (dedicated to reclaiming city-owned vacant lots) at: 410-448-5663.
